Shipping & Returns

Some quick FAQs from our shipping manager, Frank (pictured above).

Processing Time:

  • We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, and typically orders will be shipped within 3 days.

Tracking:

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number enclosed when your item is shipped.  Please note it may take 24 hours for the tracking information to be scanned by the shipping carrier.
  • If you have a large order you may have multiple shipments/tracking numbers.  All tracking information will be emailed to you for each shipment.

Disclaimers:

  • Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed. 
  • Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Returns 

  • We do not accept returns at this time.  However, if there is an issue with your order please don't hesitate to reach out to hello@polakocandleco.com.
